The glossy mag rumor mill is reporting that Katy may be next in line to cover the fashion bible for the first time.
Fashionista reports that a well-sourced insider says the “California Gurl” is being pegged as the next cover star, and with all that she has going on, we can see why she’d be a good fit.

When stars are quiet, they are never really quiet, they’re just working on a colossal return (Beyonce, anyone?).
