Birthday Week Celebrations For Trayvon Martin Scheduled In Orlando (PHOTOS)

The Trayvon Martin Foundation presents the week’s activities honoring the memory of Trayvon Martin, whose 18^th birthday would have been February 5, 2013.

1^st Activity: Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 8:30 a.m.

Community Leaders from Sanford Florida and college students will say a prayer for the Martin family, sing Happy Birthday, and present flowers and balloons in front of the Sanford Court House prior to the scheduled court proceedings.

2^nd Activity: Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Goldsboro Welcome Center

Community Leaders from Sanford Florida and local pastors will host a “Banding Together for Peace” program to recognize the need for community healing and the need to come together in solidarity.
