The gigantic monster rat appears to be held with a shovel in Foot Locker’s storage room. This isn’t the first time we’ve witnessed a record sized rat in New York.
Last year in August a NYC’s Marcy Housing employee discovered a rat that was also 3 feet in size and appeared to be well fed. The employee, identified at Jose Rivera, said that he used a pitchfork to kill the rat.
Seriously? New York City needs to do some cleaning up.
Not only is this gross, but it is a danger to our community. Rats can harbor many diseases and parasites such as lice, mites, tapeworms and hantavirus.
