I didn’t expect to be nominated for not only one, but three Grammy’s this year so when I found out….I was completely shocked. I never thought with the BET awards passing and the Soul Train awards passing that people paid attention to this album and the good music that I put out even though I had two #1 singles.
With these allegations, I have not had the chance to fully enjoy the honor of being nominated.
I can only tell you that these allegations are FALSE. We are investigating the situation and will get to the bottom of this. ‘AGoldstein’ or Laura Goldstein or Ashley Goldstein. Goldstein do not exist. This seems to be a no faced blogger we are talking about. You see, I’m blogging and showing my face. Time will tell everything that is the only way we could deal with this as parents.
To all the parents, I want to let you know I’m a father as well…I have a 5 year old son and I take allegations like this VERY SERIOUSLY. My son has to go to school everyday and God knows what people and kids are saying to him about this. If you check my record, I just filed for custody of my son because he is my world.
I’m in the music business and can’t do or act like how some of you would. If this happened to the average citizen they would go crazy or go on a rampage. I can’t be negative, I have to remain positive.
My message to my fans is don’t believe everything you hear.
To end on a positive note, I want to thank all the people who have stood by me, I appreciate the fans who waited to hear from me first before judging me.
