Today, just about everyone is on that twitter wave and why wouldn’t you be? It’s a fun and easy way to connect with your friends, network and lets not forget everyone’s favorite part: getting to see what your favorite celebrities are up to!
Not too long ago we gave you a list of celebrities we wanted to see on twitter, and guess what happened, one of the celebrities joined twitter!
Angelina Jolie has now joined the twitter world. See that wasn’t so bad right? But even though she has an account she currently has her page locked and has no followers and isn’t following anyone.
‘Jolie had her people obtain the account for her so no one else could have that username,’ a source told Us magazine. ‘There was actually someone else using @AngelinaJolie but Angelina requested the account suspended and took it over.’
So don’t expect any tweets from Angelina any time soon. She’s taking baby steps to twitter. The source said we can expect her to become more active on the site later this year. Most likely her main use of the site will be to talk about charity-related items or sharing links.
