Two of the industry’s most innovative artists stepped on the UK stage this week, only to wow the crowd as always. Janelle Monae and Cee-Lo Green both performed solo on Later with Jools Holland, UK’s popular music television show.
Janelle Monae wore her signature white shirt and black pants as she belted out “Faster” from her first studio album “Arch Android”.
It was rumored that Monae had a sore throat, but as we know the show must go on. Cee Lo Green performed the uncensored version his latest single, “F*ck You”, wearing a pink outfit backed up by an all female band wearing pink jackets.
