Kanye West‘s latest video, the hyper-colorful, flashy ‘All of the Lights’ featuring Rihanna and Kid Cudi, now comes with a warning. The warning sign isn’t because of Kanye’s cursing or Rihanna’s barely-there bandage top, but has to do with the potential to cause epileptic seizures, according to some experts.
The flashing lights featured in the beginning of the Hype Williams-directed clip are reportedly a take on Gaspar Noe’s 2009 film ‘Enter The Void,’ but they can also cause Photosensitive Epilsepsy.

Epilepsy Action, a UK-based organization that promotes Epilepsy awareness, has announced that they have contacted Kanye West’s agent, YouTube and other online sources and requested that West’s latest video for “All of the Lights” be removed from YouTube.
“We had started to receive calls from people who have had a seizure after watching the video,” Epilepsy Action PR and campaigns manager Aimee Gee said in a statement. “We are very pleased that someone has taken the decision to have it removed. We’re not quite sure yet whether it is YouTube or Kanye West’s representatives who have made this decision, or if it is a permanent move. In any case, for now we are delighted that our fears have been listened to and people with photosensitive epilepsy are no longer at risk.”
‘All of the Lights’ was temporarily removed from YouTube, but it’s back with a disclaimer: “WARNING: This video has been identified by Epilepsy Action to potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Viewer discretion is advised.”
