So, in case you haven’t heard, Judgement Day is May 21, 2011. We’ll see if (or maybe not) what happens on Sunday morning.

In the mean time, we thought we’d take a look at other 21’s that have appeared in popular culture. Believe it or not, there’s quite a few. But Judgement Day, May 21, 2011 is the most popular after turning 21, the age Americans are legally allowed to drink (wink).

Tomorrow is  not exactly Judgement Day. Rather May 21, 2011, is supposed to be the beginning of Judgement Day which will come in October. So, who knows?

Anyway, the first 21 that comes to mind is the 2008 movie “21,” based on a book, a true story, about a group of Asian college kids who figure out a way to count cards in Vegas. They were quite successful at it until their number was up. Get it, their number is up?

After the break, more 21’s.

A favorite 21 of ours is “21 Jump Street,” the narc TV show from the 1980s. The show starred Johnny Depp and Holly Robinson as teenage looking adults who would go undercover to narc and snitch on kids.
