A couple months ago Lil B caused a stir when he announced the title of his upcoming album: I’m Gay. The album cover, mimicked after Marvin Gaye’s I Want You album cover, hit the web yesterday and of course people are talking.

Our favorite BasedGod explained his album title as his personal stance in defending the rights of homosexuals, so expectations for the album cover were all over the place.

The “Wonton Soup” rapper, who in song refers to him self as a “pretty b***h” has never been known to hold back, but the”(I’m Happy)” has a scratching our heads. Whether Lil B decided he needed to clarify for those questioning his sexuality, or if management pumped the breaks themselves, one thing’s for sure: the insertion of that tidbit is a little coy for this guy.

The Cali rapper isn’t the only artist who’s turned sh*t up with their choice of album covers. Some make it to store shelves while others get shipped back to the office.

Kanye had to pixelize his George Condo-illustrated cover, but Ice T and bootylicious wife CoCo were on his cover ass-naked in the music stores.
