In today’s iGRIND we have another set of interesting things to share: a Breathalyzer watch that not only tells time, but can also tell you exactly how drunk you are before the cops get to you, a conceptual design for the Airplane from the future and a chip to make your cell phone smell good.

Check ’em out and enjoy!

What: Breathalyzer Watch

Made By: Tokyo Flash

What It Does: Tests your blood alcohol level after you get wasted.

You have a problem if you think you need this watch. You may be a constant party-goer or had a DUI in the past. If so, the Breathalyzer watch would be perfect for you. True, the watch tells time, but if you blow into the port on the side, it can also test your blood alcohol level and displays the result on the watch’s screen. Take a look at the video breakdown of the Breathalyzer Watch after the break.

What: Concept Airplane of the Future

Made By: Airbus

What It Does: Plane of The Future

With all of the technological advances we have now, it is surprising that, with the exception of the in-cabin amenities, the airplane has not changed much. Airbus plans on changing this by the year 2050 with the conceptual Airbus which has been updated with a see-through roof.

They believe that the plane of the future will no longer be isolated from the ground below. Instead, an interactive zone will use holograms to make it possible to play a game of virtual golf or even try on clothes in a virtual changing room. Additionally, the Airbus will use energy collected from your body heat to help power the craft.

The plane will, thanks to the use of new materials, be lighter, consume less fuel and have a far lower carbon footprint than aircrafts in the skies today.

Take a look at a more indepth explanation of the futuristic Airbus in the video after the break.

What: F-022 Cellphone

Made By: Fujitsu

What It Does: Makes your cell phone experience smell better.

Most people don’t care how their phone smells, mainly because it’s not a device that we think should have a smell. The team over at Fujitsu seems to think differently and are now marketing their new F-022, a glittery flip phone designed for females who demand a phone that smell better than your average cell phone. Developed in collaboration with Japanese accessory maker Folli Follie, this bejeweled little bauble comes with a “detachable fragrance chip” that allows users to mark their tech territory with the perfume of their choice.

Just spray the chip with a dab of your scent, latch it on to the phone and every conversation you have will end up smelling like … you. Available in China on June 24th, the F-022 may have one of the most useless functions ever, but we’re sure it will be a great conversation starter, once you get off of the phone of course.
