Ryan Phillippe was seen out with his pregnant ex-girlfriend Alexis Knapp for the first time since she announced her pregnancy.
Ryan took Alexis out for coffee at Cofee Bean & Tea Leaf in Los Angeles before he went with her to her OBGYN visit. Alexis sported a huge baby bump and is expected to give birth any day. She looked cute in a tube top floral maternity top paired with leggings.

The pair dated briefly last summer and Ryan has not announced that he is the father. Ryan will take a paternity test when the baby is born to avoid any complications with the pregnancy.
Ryan already has two children with his ex-wife Reese Witherspoon; but this is Alexis’ first child.
Ryan recently broke up with his girlfriend Amanda Seyfried so maybe he will try and patch things up with Alexis.
Alexis will be starring in two films out this fall, “Planet X” and “So Undercover” with Miley Cyrus.
