Live updates of what is going on right now report that Norway police are saying that there are “no concrete reports” of second gunman on Utoya island while emergency personnel are using underwater cameras around Utoya island to search for shooting victims who sought to flee from the gunman. Norwegian Prime Minister Stoltenberg said after meeting survivors and relatives of the victims that it was too early to say how the attack would change Norway.
