Lil Wayne may be at the head of another copyright infringement lawsuit, with his latest hit featuring Drake called “She Will.”

Since releasing “She Will,” a Canadian indie rocker took to Twitter to ask his fans if Lil Wayne sampled his song.

The song in question is Jim Guthrie’s “The Cloud” off his LP Sword & Sworcery and it features similar undertones of violins and tings.

Lil Wayne’s “She Will” is obviously riddled with 808s and a heavier baseline, but the under riding beat is eerily the same.

Jim Guthrie isn’t the only person that Lil Wayne sampled.

Rapper Gramz’s “I Have Arrived” sounds like an exact carbon copy of Lil Wayne’s “She Will” and that video was released in January 2011.

NEW MUSIC: Lil Wayne “She Will”

Now we don’t know if the producer behind Lil Wayne is responsible for this potential copyright issue, but hopefully Lil Wayne won’t reap the backlash.

Produced by T-Minus, “She Will” may be the latest lawsuit Lil Wayne will have to fight.

Lil Wayne is currently being sued for $15 million for copyright infringement of his song “Bedrock” and was sued by the publishers of the Rolling Stones for his Tha Carter III sample “Playing With Fire.”

More than likely, Lil Wayne had nothing to do with the beat, but more than likely, he’ll be the one sued. Hopefully, this will all get straightened out.

Check out both songs on the next few pages and tell us what you think!
