Hodgey Beats raps about his dead-beat dad, “I can relate tears/I haven’t seen my father for seven going on eight years/ 13 in the spot/left me like I’ma wait here.”
He continues to go in on his father, “And they ask me why my father couldn’t be a man/he’s a lullaby/and the song just got off at 2:24 seconds/sh*t my temper is like two minutes from lifting this weapon.”
Despite being some of the most controversial members of hip-hop, Odd Future are a bunch of uber-talented kids who have a lot to say.
