Halle Berry took her daughter Nahla out on the beach for a day of fun, one day after she had a major victory in the courts, winning full custody of her daughter. Halle looked on top of the world as her daughter ran around the beach, flew a kite, and splashed in the water.

Halle’s major win has to do with a movie clause that limits the amount of time Gabriel Aubry gets to keep Nahla. It seems that the court has had their say and now Halle and Gabriel will have to abide by the ruling. Good luck to both of them!
