Formidable designer and artist Nicola Formichetti, along with BOFFO and Gage/Clemenceau, was stamp happy last night as he stood behind the counter of his wickedly designed pop-up shop in Tribeca!

The St. Martin’s graduate, Mugler creative director and Lady Gaga dresser was in a great mood as he stamped party goers with a monchrome panda stamp, a current motif the designer’s playing with. Many thought the stamp was the key to getting into the party’s after party but there was no confirmation on that.
We saw Nicola make his mark on necks, breasts, forearms, biceps and anywhere with space and his admirers loved it!
The crowd in Formichetti’s robotic chapel was dressed to impress, as you can see in the gallery above, and the experience of the shop was both surreal and fun as lasers filled the space with light. It was the coolest place to be, I thought, feeling somewhat underdressed in a vintage NASA Tee and a Stussy Captain America fitted.
