Menswear designer Adam Kimmel took his suits to the ocean! The designer created Dressed For Dinner, a film that showed one of his suits in open water with sharks.
The model and dinner? World renowned illusionist David Blainewhose history of breath holding tricks came in handy for this particular excursion.

STORY: Lakes, Explosions & Sharks! Oh My! It’s “Shark Night 3D”

Dressed For Dinner was filmed off of the island of Guadalupe, approximately 180 miles off the coast of Baja in the Pacific Ocean. For one week, Blaine spent up to seven hours a day, 40 feet underwater.

He had no protective devices to keep him safe from the sharks, mainly the Great Whites, some as large as 20 feet in length. The only thing Blaine was wearing was clothing by Adam Kimmel.

Even though David managed to make it out alive, it is important to note that all of the stunts performed in the film are real.
