Ali looks sophisticated and high fashion in the magazine, which features the supermodel-in-the-making in all her freckled glory.
Ali poses in a variety of shots, framed tightly by the camera, her white shirt unbuttoned and revealing a mass of freckles, or posing fiercely in a black leather bustier and severe cropped bob.
It’s been suggested that Ali’s new look is the result of extreme weight loss and plastic surgery, though her sister has defended her against criticism.
