The annual GQ Gentleman’s Ball was held last night at Edison Ballroom in NYC and there were a few standouts on the black carpet. The dapper and statistically amazing New York Yankee player Robinson Cano was one of them.
Dressed in a dark two piece Giorgio Armani suit, the Dominican Republic native looked suave and genuinely happy to be at the event, hosted by Jason Sudekis and Ashton Kutcher.
Cano shared a table with fellow attendee Carmelo Anthony, who also looked great in a grey suit, green scarf and a black long sleeve tee. Sitting across from Melo and Cano was ?uestlove of The Roots, who provided some of the evening’s entertainment.
GQ’s The Gentlemen’s Fund initiative raises awareness for issues that are essential to modern men. Founded in 2007, The Gentlemen’s Fund encourages men to become agents of change by supporting charities that champion these causes. Recent Gentlemen’s Fund ambassadors have included Jimmy Fallon, Ashton Kutcher, John Legend, Steve Nash, Mark Wahlberg, Forest Whitaker and Timbaland.
