After six weeks, the Conrad Murray trial ended yesterday with the doctor being found guilty of the involuntary manslaughter of King of Pop Michael Jackson.
While we all wait anxiously for his official sentence hearing on November 29th, we do know Murray was immediately put in jail without bail and branded by the judge as a “danger to society.”

While in jail, Murray is being placed under “suicide watch” and could be sentenced to up to 4 years in prison.

Members of the Jackson family have spoken out on the news of the verdict of Dr. Conrad Murray.
MJ’s sister, La Toya Jackson, told the fans outside the Court house:
“Thank you America, thank you everyone. Everybody was wonderful. Michael loves everybody. He was in that courtroom with us – that’s why justice was served.”
While leaving the Court, Jermaine Jackson said:
Justice was served, but it wasn’t enough time. Michael is with us.
We all miss Michael Jackson very much, and we’re glad this case can be put to rest!
