We don’t know if it is cool, sweet, or just downright creepy, but Jean Paul Gautier remembered the late Amy Winehouse by having all of his models dress in her likeness for his Spring 2012 Couture show.

The show featured 70 looks and each one was worn by a model that had Winehouse’s famous beehive hairdo and upper lip beauty mark. Some models even came down the runway puffing on a cigarette. Winehouse’s music also played in the background while the models strutted their stuff.

Although individually, the pieces really seemed to be put together well, the inspiration seems to have been influenced by everything from the boardroom to raves and glam rock. It almost felt like the Amy Winehouse’d models were the only thing that remained consistent throughout the entire show.

To add to the level of creepiness, the finale of the show included many of the models wearing veils like one would wear either during a wedding or at a funeral.

We don’t know what ol’ JPG was trying to say with this one, but you can take a look at a few looks from the show in the gallery above and decide for yourself.
