We think the fans will likely! This isn’t Miley’s first haircut, but it looks like it might be the best one yet. Freshly tinted, she turned her golden locks into a straight-edged brightly-colored mod hair-do.
The new chop frames her face quite nicely and the puppy-lovin’ fashionista looks uber adorable, don’t ya think?
