When in doubt, joke it out!

DETAILS: Nets Owner Weighs In On Kanye & Kris Humphris Epic Battle!

Rapper Kanye West dropped a bomb on music when he released his gossip-worthy track “Theraflu” two weeks ago. “Theraflu” received lots of attention due to Yeezy’s declaration of love for Kim Kardashian and his diss to her soon-to-be ex-hubby Kris Humphries

But despite the buzz surrounding Kim K. drama, medical company Theraflu wasn’t too enthused about Kanye’s song title.

The company initially stated:

“We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this manner. Theraflu is an over-the-counter product used to help relieve cold and flu symptoms that millions of consumers rely on.”

DECODED: Kanye West’s “Theraflu” Lyrics Unveiled!

Prompted by the company’s statement, Kanye decided to officially change the title of “Theraflu” to “Way Too Cold.”

TMZ reached back out to the company to get their thoughts on Kanye’s decision to change his song title, and what a representative had to say is actually pretty hilarious.

When asked if the company pressured Kanye to change the name of “Theraflu,” a company rep responded:

“Novartis Consumer Health did not ask that the name be changed — that request would be way too cold.”

We’re glad Theraflu can now crack jokes about their issues with Kanye.
