Last week, 18-year-old producer Young Chop was absolutely furious with Kanye West after the release of Chief Keef’s “I Don’t Like (Remix).”

DETAILS: Young Chop Furious With Kanye West Over “I Don’t Like (Remix)”

Chop called up a local Chicago radio station to air out his frustrations with Kanye, citing that he didn’t give the My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy rapper permission to add new melodies in the “I Don’t Like (Remix).”

In the initial interview, Young Chop called up DJ Moon Dawg ranting:

“I’m mad as hell. I’m mad as f*ck cause they didn’t ask me to change up my beat. They don’t have no files to none of my shit so how the fuck did they add another melody over the instrumental? These motherf*ckers are playing me and I don’t give two fucks I will sue the shit out of Kanye West. And he need to call my f*cking phone before I snap!

They didn’t ask me none of that! I don’t fucking like that! That sh*t is disrespectful! I made a f*ckin sound so they need to stay with the sound. If I was him I wouldn’t even have changed the beat up. The beat is f*ckin hard by itself. Sh*t don’t sound the same, it don’t got the same feel.”

Young Chop even went as far as saying he was going to sue Kanye over the remix, but now, he’s changed his tune.

NEW MUSIC: Chief Keef, Kanye West, Pusha T, Big Sean, & Jadakiss “I Don’t Like (Remix)”

Since then, Young Chop has received a call from Mr. West and apparently everything is now settled. When asked about his conversation with Kanye, Young Chop said:

“I’m good now. But nah we can’t speak on that.”

So it seems like Kanye and Young Chop have settled their differences over the “I Don’t Like (Remix),” and everyone is moving on.
