Just a few months back, Cohen’s dictator caused a stir on the Oscars red carpet by spilling Kim-Jong Il’s “ashes” on Ryan Seacrest.

The Dictator was at it again on this past weekend’s Saturday Night Live.
He rattled off jokes about SNL star Seth Myers and then revealed that he had kidnapped director Martin Scorsese.
He proceeded to “torture” Scorsese to get him to praise his new movie.
Earlier this morning, The Dictator (aka Admiral General Aladeen) visited the Today show for an interview with Matt Lauer.
The interview is a must-watch as he further explains the ashes situation at the Oscars and discusses his rise to power in Wadiya.
