Amy Winehouse’s former producer Mark Ronson revealed that Amy jealousy, upset, and even “freaked out” over the success of Adele.
In a recent interview with the Village Voice, Mark Ronson revealed:
“But, what little time we had, well, it was tense. She was in a bad state, God knows why. I think that the Adele thing had Amy freaked out. She liked her, but Adele’s success was making Amy feel upset, competitive, restless. Anyway, we lost touch briefly. And before she and I could really start the process of beginning a new album, it was too late.”

Amy was dealing with a lot of issues in the months leading up to her death, and it just wasn’t about her addiction to drugs and alcohol.
Feeling insecure about her music career and the success of other female artists in her lane, Amy was definitely anxious to come back in a major way.
The Back To Black singer’s estate released a posthumous album Lioness: Hidden Treasures, which went number one on the UK Charts and U.S. R&B Album Charts.
