The Amazing Spider-Man: In this franchise reboot, Andrew Garfield stars as Peter Parker, who uses his spidey-sense to find a clue to help him understand why his parents disappeared when he was young. His path puts him on a collision course with Dr. Curt Connors, his father’s former partner.

Sparkle: Set in 1960s Detroit, three sisters form a singing group that soon becomes a sensation. Fame quickly turns on them and they struggle with it mightily inside their family. Whitney Houston stars in her last role as the mother of the singing trio.

Madagascar 3: Our favorite New York City animals are back! Alex, Marty, Gloria and Melman are still fighting to get home to their beloved Big Apple. Their journey takes them through Europe where they find the perfect cover: a traveling circus, which they use to return home.

The Bourne Legacy: The movie franchise will now focus on a new CIA operative, Jeremy Renner, who does all the things Matt Damon used to do.

Total Recall: In this 1990 reboot, the nation states Euromerica and New Shanghai vie for supremacy. One factory worker begins to suspect that he’s a spy, though he is unaware which side of the fight he’s on.

Rock of Ages: Based on the 2006 Broadway show, Tom Cruise and Julianne Hough star as Drew and Sherrie, two young people chasing their dreams in the big city of 1987 Los Angeles. When they meet, it’s love at first sight, though their romance will face a series of challenges.

Men in Black III: Alien-fighting duo Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones are back after a 10 year hiatus. Smith has to go back in time to save a younger Jones, Josh Brolin, from assassination by an alien.

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter: This is one of the few movies where the title says exactly what the movie is about. Lincoln finds out that vampires will take over the United States and vows to eliminate them.

Prometheus: A team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.

G.I. Joe: Retaliation: In the sequel, the G.I. Joes are now forced to compete with their own government aside from their enemy Cobra to preserve their existence.

Madea’s Witness Protection: A Wall Street investment banker and his family are forced to move in with Aunt Madea as a result of being set up in his company’s Ponzi scheme.
