Lohan’s rep tells Gossip Cop the actress was on “her way to the set. She was brought to Santa Monica UCLA hospital as a precaution. She is fine and was released less than two hours later and is already headed back to the set to resume work.”

Things don’t look too good for Lindsay Lohan!
According to TMZ, the 26-year-old actress has just been hospitalized after being in involved in a serious car crash.

The site reports:
Lindsay Lohan was driving her black Porsche on Pacific Coast Highway when it collided with an 18 wheeler. We’re told the Porsche is totaled. The passenger window was shattered and the rear bumper was fully off her car.
We’re told she did not go to the hospital by ambulance, although we are told an ambulance was called to the scene.

So far we do not know her condition, but the site believes from a source that she is okay.
We hope that Lindsay Lohan is safe and pray that she recovers from any injuries soon.
