Despite all that’s transpired in Tameka Raymond’s life as of late, Usher still plans to continue the custody battle for their children.

Tameka has been grieving over the loss of her 11-year-old son, Kile, who died after a fatal jet ski accident just a few weeks ago.

But Usher still wants sole custody of his 2 young boys with Tameka and to finish the couple’s court case once and for all.

Even though the case has been going on awhile, some feel Usher should “do the right thing” and drop the suit to show sympathy for Tameka.

TMZ reports:

Usher claims he’s worried the hearing would cause “unnecessary stress and strain” for both himself, Tameka and their two minor children “in the immediate wake of this tragedy.”

Usher also claims Tameka would get an unfair advantage in the hearing because the court would not want to rule against a woman who is still grieving the death of her son. Usher fears he could lose custody of the children and believes it would be unfair to him.
