Kristen Stewart finally came out of hiding on August 20th, and now we’ve learned a little more about how she’s been spending her time away from the spotlight.

The 22-year-old Twilight actress hasn’t had a good night’s sleep since news broke that she cheated on her boyfriend Robert Pattinson. A source tells US Weekly:
“She isn’t sleeping and she stays up all night crying,” a source tells the new Us Weekly, out now, of Stewart. “She’s close to a total meltdown.”
Despite being on the verge of a meltdown, Kristen did manage to step out of the house. She wore a pair of shades and even took a special piece of Robert with her; wearing his favorite hat.

The seemingly idyllic couple has been on the rocks since photos of Kristen making out with married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders were published in US Weekly a few weeks prior.
Since then, KStew issued a public apology, but Robert moved out of their shared home and has been staying at former costar Reese Witherspoon’s ranch.
The conventions for the next Twilight movie Breaking Dawn have been canceled, and Kristen didn’t show up to the premiere of her new film On The Road either – but she will make her first red carpet appearance at the upcoming Toronto Film Festival.
