During the Republican National Convention, Clint Eastwood did a 12-minute speech suggesting President Obama was an absentee president relaying most of his speech to an empty chair next to him.

While there have been many responses to the actor’s words, it looks like Obama is taken the higher road and took some notes from his pal Jay-Z and “dusted his shoulders off.”
In a recent interview with USA Today the president reveals he is actually a fan of Clint Eastwood and says the man is:
“a great actor, and an even better director.”
Obama says:
“if you’re easily offended, you should probably choose another profession.”
Way to be the bigger man!
