When it comes to the rich and famous, let’s face it… We’re all guilty of failing to identify them with the rest of the ‘normal’ crowd. Celebrities are people, too! Yes, we see celebrities doing whatever they want, whenever they want to do it. But one person we won’t catch falling into that pattern is teen sensation, Justin Beiber. Like most teenagers, Beiber must get good grades, follow rules, have manners, and get a complete 8 hours of sleep in order to reap the benfits of his earnings.
Scooter Braun, Bieber‘s manager, travels with him 24/7 and has confiscated Bieber‘s phone and laptop for not complying with the rules that he has set. Braun looks at Bieber as the son he didn’t have. Striving to raise Bieber in the best way possible, Braun states, “If he has done something wrong, he has to apologize.” “Justin isn’t treated with kid gloves. I’ve sacked people who have pandered to him. He’s a kid. He’s not perfect. You have to set boundaries, consistencies.’
Bieber faces punishments and consequences, like any other kid. But here’s another thing – he gets an allowance! Okay people, I know what you may be thinking… He’s only sixteen, has received more earnings than most kids his age, AND he gets an allowance?! Those were my thoughts, exactly! However, according to Daily Mall, “Justin’s earnings are in a trust fund that he can’t access until he turns 18; in the meantime, he gets $55 pocket money a day.”
Luckily, he’s a rising star who has someone to watch over him and discipline him. Kudos to you, Justin Bieber!
