Everyone’s been talking about the Nicki Minaj vs. Mariah Carey feud on American Idol, and now the POTUS has even chimed in on the matter!

Speaking today on The Yo Show in Florida, radio host Michael Yo’s first question for the Commander-in-Chief was, “Can you repair the relationship with Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj on ‘American Idol’?”
President Obama played it safe by giving a politically correct answer, stating that he is confident that the two divas will make amends.
“I think that they are going to be able to sort it out, I am confident,” the President reassured listeners. “I’m all about bringing people together, working for the same cause, I think both outstanding artists are going to be able to make sure that they’re moving forward and not going backwards.”
Obama then said that he leans toward Mariah when he was asked to weigh in on who he prefers, because he doesn’t know Nicki Minaj, but reassured listeners that he’s got the Queen Barb on his iPod.
“Mariah, she’s actually done some events for us. I’ve gotten to know her and Nick (Cannon), she’s a wonderful lady. Nicki I don’t know, but I’ve got her on my iPod.”
Obama went on to address his lackluster performance at the first presidential debate in Denver during the interview.
