You can never silence the voice of the people! The Rev. Jesse Jackson and a dozen others were arrested in Freeport, Illinois for protesting Sensata Technologies, after it was revealed 170 people will lose their jobs at the company.

STORY: Houdini Justice! Rev. Jesse Jackson Marches For Chavis Carter

As reported by the Associated Press:

Sensata Technologies is owned by Bain Capital and in the process of moving its Freeport manufacturing operations to China. That’ll cost Freeport 170 jobs.

Company officials say most of the plant’s revenues are generated in Asia, making the move a logical decision.

Rev. Jackson is expected to be released later today.
