You’d think that Marsha Ambrosius’ soulful vocals and Diplo’s club-ready production would clash.

The two very different forces dropped a very dope collabo together called “Cold War.” On the production tip, Diplo slows down his frantic club style, going for a darker “Climax” type of beat, which Marsha uses well to sing heartbreaking lyrics like:
“This is a cold war we’re fighting and neither one of us wanna surrender, cause we’re slowly dying.”

The song will hit iTunes on December 11th and it will appear on her sophomore album, Friends & Lovers, which will drop early next year.
