Two days ago, Justin Bieber sent out this tweet:
Well, “maybe” turned out to be a definite yes.
According to ABCNews, Justin Bieber will be hosting the February 9th edition of Saturday Night Live. Not only will the singer be hosting the show, but he’ll be performing.
We assume it’s going to be a bittersweet moment for the singer. He’ll be hosting the show in New York the day before the Grammys will take place in L.A. This year Bieber was snubbed by the Grammys, receiving zero nominations for his Believe album.

At 18 years old, Justin Bieber will be the second youngest person to host the show. The youngest was Britney Spears, who did it on May 13, 2000. Britney was 18 years and 163 days old, while Justin will be 18 years and 338 days old. (OMG, he’s almost 19!!!!)

At the end of last year, Justin mentioned that he wanted to do a movie sometime in 2013. Hosting SNL will most certainly give the singer some acting practice.
