In between recording for his sophomore album, North Carolina rapper J.Cole is giving motivational speeches at Harvard University.
The Roc Nation rapper went in front of a crowded hip-hop symposium at Harvard University for their “The Next Move: A Conversation With J.Cole” panel.
The “Power Trip” rapper spoke about his dreams and aspirations of becoming a NBA player, his college years at St. Johns University, his love for hip-hop, and of course, his mother.
When he wasn’t delivering his speech, J.Cole made sure to chit-chat with famed Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates, who also sat in on the panel.
J.Cole is currently working on his sophomore album, Born Sinner, which was originally supposed to drop January 28, but has since been delayed indefinitely.
