Surprisingly, some inmates at a New York prison prove there is at least one place in America where rape isn’t tolerated. David Renz, who is accused of killing a Syracuse woman and raping her 10-year-old daughter during a carjacking, was beaten and suffered a broken nose on his first day in jail, authorities said.
