There’s a saying that goes, “Those who can, do; those who can’t, teach.”

Since John Galliano can’t get back into fashion in the same capacity that he once was, he’s now rumored to be assuming a teaching position at Parsons The New School For Design in New York City.

Back in February, the Post heard that Galliano “would be welcome” at Parsons The New School for Design, but today, Fashionista has reported from a reliable source that John will in fact be teaching at the prestigious design school.

Parsons Dean of Fashion Simon Collins was at Monday night’s launch event for the CFDA and eBay’s You Can’t Fake Fashion collaboration, and while he didn’t confirm or deny the rumors, he did say, emphatically, that he “loves John Galliano” and implied that he’d be happy to have the former Dior designer teach at Parsons.
