Maison Martin Margiela is no stranger to collaborations.

Their recent hook-up with H&M proves the high fashion brand is willing to reach down and make their presence felt in different markets and areas of the fashion world. 

Today, we have more proof of Margiela’s venture out of the ordinary with a collaborative watch courtesy of G-Shock

Let’s be honest, Margiela could make their own watch to be sold exclusively in stores or by their retailers, but the fact that they decided to get together with G-Shock speaks volumes about the luxury brand’s new direction. 

If we had to guess, we’d say Margiela is trying to appeal to a younger generation – but not too many of them – because the watch is only limited to 3,000 pieces.

Margiela will be using the new GA-300 model for their watch and each one will be engraved with a number and the Maison Martin Margiela logo across the back.
