You are not the father!
Katherine Jackson’s lawyers have been digging, trying to discover what Debbie Rowe may divulge under oath about the two children she birthed while married to the late king of pop, Michael Jackson.
Katherine’s lawyers fear Debbie will testify Michael is not the biological father of Prince and Paris Jackson, which could have major backlash on the family’s wrongful death trial against AEG Live.

According to TMZ, Rowe is on the witness list for both Katherine and AEG. So why are Katherine’s lawyers so focused on Debbie? Because she knows the most about Michael and the paternity, obviously, and if AEG can prove MJ is not the father of Paris and Prince, their case against the company may be weakened.
So far AEG has taken Debbie’s deposition, but not asked her any questions pertaining to the paternity of her two children.

As for Katherine and her legal team – they’ve filed legal documents asking that the judge exclude any evidence of paternity, but he has yet to rule on the motion.
Fortunately for the Jacksons, the cards seem to be stacking in their favor. Biological father or not, according to California state law, if a woman gives birth while living with her husband, he is conclusively presumed to be the father, unless he’s sterile or impotent.
Whatever the outcome, we hope the Jacksons can find peace at the end of all this legal trouble.
