Well, actually, he’d only do it to dissuade his girls, Sasha, 11, and Malia, 14 from getting tattoos.
On the Today show, Obama revealed how he and First Lady Michelle Obama are trying to deter the girls from inking up later in life.
“What we’ve said to the girls is, ‘If you guys ever decided you’re going to get a tattoo, then mommy and me will get the exact same tattoo in the same place. And we’ll go on YouTube and show it off as a family tattoo.”
Now that would be hilarious.

In the video above, the President also commented on Michelle Obama’s slip of the tongue last week, when she accidentally referred to herself as a single mom.
“You know, as somebody who has stumbled over my lines many times, I tend to cut my wife or anybody some slack when it comes to just a slip to the tongue,” Obama said.
“But there’s no doubt that there have been times where Michelle probably felt like a single mom.”
