It’s 2013 and everyone should be #TeamNoBraids.
Actress Bo Derek was one of the first white women in Hollywood to rock braids, and while braids were adorably cute on Bo Derek, it’s not cute on everyone.
Singer Ke$ha was spotted rocking pink and blue cornrows on the set of her new video “Crazy Kids,” and basically we want to know why?
We’re still trying to get rappers to stop wearing braids and to cut their plaits, and Ke$ha isn’t helping our case.
Now, we know the trend of white celebrities rocking cornrows is awkward for everyone at times, but we want everyone to stop rocking colorful cornrows in 2013.
No matter if you’re white, black, man or woman, leave the braided up styles for young children or inmates to enjoy.
