To all of our readers currently at Randall’s Island right now, thuggin’ it out in the rain: hold your head, B. It’s gonna get better.

Today is the first day of the 3rd annual Governors Ball Music Festival in Manhattan, and it’s a wash out. Which sucks, because acts like Kings of Leon, Beach House, Erykah Badu and Feist are hitting the stage.

However, it gets better. Tomorrow, there will be some scattered showers, but for the most time the weather should be fine. And Sunday is looking like it’s going to be a great day, with all sun and temps in the early 80s.

And, let’s face it, while Friday and Saturday are cool — on Sat, Kendrick Lamar, Nas, Icona Pop, alt-J and a lot more are hitting the stage — Sunday is the day that matters.

That’s the day when Kanye West will be closing the festival.
