LC fans rejoice!
MTV will be airing a never-before-seen ending to their hit series The Hills.
The reality series, which was a sequel to Laguna Beach, followed Lauren Conrad, Kristin Cavallari, Audrina Patridge, Spencer Pratt, and Heidi Montag as they worked hard and played much harder in the Hollywood Hills.
The show went off the air in 2010 after six consecutive seasons.
The guilty pleasure ended abruptly with a scene where the camera zooms out to reveal Kristin Cavallari and her on-and-off boyfriend Brody Jenner filming the show on a Hollywood backlot, which essentially confirmed the show was not quite reality. Or did it?
KCav has since come forward about the scripted nature of the show, but no one has revealed what the alternate ending will be.
The special showing is part of MTV’s “RetroMTVBrunch,” which will bring The Hills and Laguna Beach back to the network on weekday mornings starting July 8.
So set your DVRs and mark your calendars, folks! The Hills redo airs August 9.
Don’t miss it!
