We know Twitter can seem a bit overwhelming, confusing and frustrating when you are new to the service. You have to figure out how to deliver clever, witty messages of purpose in 140 characters or less, learn what a hashtag is and then how to use them, then it may take awhile for you to figure out the whole mention and @ replies portion of twitter. Oh, and let’s not even mention retweets. But one of the most important functions of Twitter is following.
