Sporting a white blouse, black pants, and some cool shades, the 33-year-old mommy carried little Penelope in her arms as they went from store to store looking for some stylish getups.
It’s not often we spot these two spending some time alone together, so it’s always great to see that their mother-daughter bond is strong!
