Less than a week after she released her DJ Mustard-produced banger “Girls,” Jennifer Lopez drops her “Same Girl” video.

Jenny returns to the block for the visual, stating:

“I called my girlfriends and some photographer friends. We just grabbed a camera, jumped on the train, left the city, and ran around the Bronx. We found some interesting places that captured the essence of what it was like to live there and made me remember the simplicity of life I used to have there. The rest was real life.”

Dressed in tight jeans, a bubble coat, and a New York Yankee fitted, J.Lo struts around the Bronx and hits New York City’s 6 train as she sings about being the same ol’ girl from Castle Hill.

J.Lo seems to be returning to her hip-hop roots on her new album. The 44-year-old singer/actress has been spotted in the studio with rappers like Future and French Montana.

Fans can expect the American Idol judge’s new album to drop later on this year. Watch J.Lo’s new video above.
