When we first met Kirko Bangz in Fall 2012, he was a bright-eyed rising rapper eager to get his shot in the fame game.
With his hit record, “Drank In My Cup,” at the top of the charts, the then 22-year-old had no idea how fame would affect his motivation, and most importantly, his music career.
A wiser, more mature Kirko stopped by GlobalGrind’s offices 18-months later to discuss his latest single “Hoe” featuring Yo Gotti and YG, going on tour with Bun B, and his growing pains as an artist.
