We’ve seen Lana Del Rey die many times in her music videos (many, many times).
However, in the latest video for her sophomore album’s title track “Ultraviolence,” by golly, she lives! Not only does she live, but she is prospering. In the video, we see Lana walking to the altar while wearing a beautiful wedding dress.
Lana being Lana, the wedding couldn’t just be regular. Oh no, something twisted has to happen. And at Lana’s wedding, there are no guests and no groom.
So again, we’re back to sadness. Hey, baby steps…
